TESCO Nurture

TESCO NURTURE (previously known as TESCO NATURE'S CHOICE SCHEME) is a standard required from all fresh food producers around the world in order to provide fruit and vegetables to the supermarket chain TESCO in Europe.

TESCO NURTURE was introduced in 1991 to control the use of chemical products and develop environmentally friendly production standards for producers.

The standard was developed to assure that fresh products have the highest quality possible and producers adopt Good Agricultural Practices, operating in an environmentally responsible way, regarding health and social responsibility for their collaborators.
